Scott is a graduate of the University of North Florida where he graduated with honors receiving his Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Scott has taken his education in nutrition, human metabolism, and knowledge of food science and incorporated it along with his passion for fitness to help people. Scott is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and he looks forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Scott is located in Palm Coast, Florida where he has spent the last ten years as a manager to a local supplement/health food store. He also has experience working in gyms, health clubs, and the physical therapy setting. Scott believes in utilizing periodization as the most effective method to help you achieve your goals. Periodization is an educated and organized approach to training, it involves systematically making changes to the training protocol to continue to achieve desired results. Scott believes fitness begins with mobility and balance which benefits people of all fitness levels. Mobility and balance is especially important among older populations but is also very beneficial for everyone from beginner level to athlete.
